Although this has brought about great benefits, it can also create instances of cyber bullying, addiction to gaming and easy access to undesirable content. Cyber wellness is about educating people to be able to use the cyber space without the negative effects of it, and instead use it for positive purposes. We advocate using the cyberspace in a constructive way, such as being a positive influence, collaboration, learning and productivity.
